Article #67: Orange Motor Car/Speeder joins the Layout

The Danville County Railroad HO Scale layout has a few motor cars already that operate across the layout, but another new one has been added to the layout and it is a Fairmont Speeder in a nice orange paint scheme. The photo here shows the speeder right outside of it's shed with a man who is the operator sitting on the side of the motor car. This motor car is for display only so i can't move but it is nice to see when other trains are running on the layout. This speeder does not have any windows so it is completely open air if you will. There are also other buildings that surround this speeder as you can see in the background.

This is a 2nd angle of the motor car and it's operator. It is an interesting view looking down on the motor car as the operator looks on at the yard in Grovemont. This speeder is one of many pieces of rolling stock on display in and around the Grovemont Yard.
