Article 63: Trains at Night and how it can work

This article is all about doing night trains on an HO Scale Layout and how it could work depending on the type of layout. The photo above shows a Pennsylvania GG1 on the display stand at night. A light shining in a dark area on the object at hand is a good way of doing it. Night views have been mote common on the DVCRR recently where there are more trains running with this effect. This spot on the layout is popular because of the display engine stand. This GG1 is the main engine that is on display as the trains pass by day and night.
