                                                       Why Speeders have a Shed

 


  Most speeders/Motor Cars have a shed that they stay in. Most are smaller sized because the speeders are smaller sized themselves. The picture above shows the main speeder shed on the DVCRR layout right beside the passenger station that marks DVCRR. The shed is empty when the speeder is out running during the day and at night it occupies the speeder.

 


Here is the speeder ready to run for the day with its operator coming out of the shed.

Article #92: DVCRR Motor Car in Track 2 of Grovemont Yard

  In this new article we get a look at one of the DVCRR motor cars sitting in Track 2 of the Grovemont Yard. This was the first motor car added to the layout back in 2022. This motor car has a headlight, cow catcher and a horn. Every so often, the motor cars can be seen in the tracks of the yard.
