Article #40: More MOW/Work Trains

 



Article 41 here is about more MOW/Work Trains on the Danville County Railroad Layout, and the photo above shows 0-6-0 steam locomotive #06237 pushing a flat car with a truck on it by the railroad crossing at Grovemont. These types of trains can turn up from time to time where you will see flat cars with vehicles on them. And 06237 is another steam locomotive that is very reliable and can pull many trains.

Article #92: DVCRR Motor Car in Track 2 of Grovemont Yard

  In this new article we get a look at one of the DVCRR motor cars sitting in Track 2 of the Grovemont Yard. This was the first motor car added to the layout back in 2022. This motor car has a headlight, cow catcher and a horn. Every so often, the motor cars can be seen in the tracks of the yard.
